Stress & Anxiety 1



We all have felt these emotions in our lives. Sometimes for a short time, and others for more. Usually, the reason they come up are an external problem. But some other times, due to the conditions of our lives as they are now, they become a habit, they affect our thoughts and our behavior. Then we see the world filtered, through the mindset of these specific emotions and we act accordingly. We therefore enter a vicious circle where stress produces even more stress and anxiety produces even more anxiety. Two combinations can limit Stress and Anxiety and they are the following:
